It’s 100% automated, fast, reliable and cost-efficient.
CIND Dimensioner uses stereo cameras mounted on a portal through which palletized goods pass on forklifts or electric pallet trucks. The solution automatically identifies and measures the volume of any palletized goods while in motion – there is no need to stop, re-load or add work steps in the handling of goods. Data for the volume of a shipment is delivered within seconds. This includes theoretical information about pallets that can be stacked at height for efficient loading of trucks and correct invoicing, thus contributing to reducing the impact of logistics.
Correct volumetric measurement of all transported goods that pass through a terminal not only increases revenues overall but also ensures fair costs to all customers since every freight is charged based on dimensions, weight and stackability.
